These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases of goods at for delivery in Denmark, except for Greenland, the Faroe Islands and non-brooked islands, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Ordering and payment is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, we may close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

You should expect a delivery time of 1-4 business days on products in white or anthracite as well as all fabrics and mattresses. If you order custom products or our beautiful colors, expect a delivery time of approximately 3 weeks, as these are customized and produced exactly according to your wishes.

To shop at, you must be 18 years old and in possession of a valid credit card that we accept. If you have not reached the age of 18, you can still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to sign up.

You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can right up to the actual ordering date correct in the contents of the shopping cart, and you can check the content and the price of the goods on a regular basis.

Any additional payments for eg freight and debit card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

14-days right of withdrawal

When you shop online and at, you usually have 14 days of cancellation, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

You are also ensured a nationwide exchange, return and warranty scheme. All items in the online shop can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, if the item is unused, in original packaging and invoice can be displayed.

Items purchased on, which have been tried, opened or otherwise not in new and original condition, must be returned to as per the applicable trading terms described below.

The right of cancellation expires on the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or a product delivered in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last item or lot.

After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.

Documentation for your purchase and return form

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase, as well as the returned return form.


When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us at the time of purchase.

The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. For example, if you have paid with a card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment card you used to purchase.


You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired because

Complaint - If something is wrong with the item

Your purchase covered by the Purchase Act - including 2 years of warranty in case of defects etc. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you advertise as quickly as possible and within 2 months after the error was detected.

When you return the item, please ascertain as much as possible what the problem is.

For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs

If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to ship the item back to us. If not, you will have to pay all transport costs, including our freight costs for return of the item after examination.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. Information on shipping costs and, if applicable, track and trace number.
