These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases of goods at www.manis-h.com for delivery in Denmark, except for Greenland, the Faroe Islands and non-brooked islands, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Ordering and payment

www.manis-h.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, we may close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

You should expect a delivery time of 1-4 business days on products in white or anthracite as well as all fabrics and mattresses. If you order custom products or our beautiful colors, expect a delivery time of approximately 3 weeks, as these are customized and produced exactly according to your wishes.

To shop at www.manis-h.com, you must be 18 years old and in possession of a valid credit card that we accept. If you have not reached the age of 18, you can still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to sign up.

You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart". You can right up to the actual ordering date correct in the contents of the shopping cart, and you can check the content and the price of the goods on a regular basis.

Any additional payments for eg freight and debit card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on "To checkout", where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, form of payment and choose delivery form.

Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation

Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been made once you have received an order confirmation from us.

14-days right of withdrawal

When you shop online and at www.manis-h.com, you usually have 14 days of cancellation, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

You are also ensured a nationwide exchange, return and warranty scheme. All items in the online shop can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, if the item is unused, in original packaging and invoice can be displayed.

Items purchased on www.manis-h.com, which have been tried, opened or otherwise not in new and original condition, must be returned to www.manis-h.com as per the applicable trading terms described below.

The right of cancellation expires on the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or a product delivered in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last item or lot.

After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.

On some items there is no right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal. It will be apparent from the description of goods where the right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, because of the nature of the item or where you can tell your withdrawal right by breaking seals.

When returning, please ensure that the goods are properly wrapped. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save mail and possibly. track and trace number.

You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret.

We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified repentance and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted

Documentation for your purchase and return form

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase, as well as the returned return form.

Refund

When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us at the time of purchase.

Complaint - If something is wrong with the item

Your purchase covered by the Purchase Act - including 2 years of warranty in case of defects etc. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must contact us within "reasonable time"

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you advertise as quickly as possible and within 2 months after the error was detected.

When you return the item, please ascertain as much as possible what the problem is.

For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs

If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to ship the item back to us. If not, you will have to pay all transport costs, including our freight costs for return of the item after examination.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. Information on shipping costs and, if applicable, track and trace number.
